Published
Lodha has launched Lodha Belmont, the first high-rise phase at its Richmond County neighbourhood in Thane. Located on Richmond Drive in the Mankoli-Anjur area, off the Samruddhi Expressway, the residential project received MahaRERA registration PR1330002600931 on 24 June 2026. The launch was recorded in June, placing the development within a 75-acre master-planned neighbourhood.
Belmont is planned across 28 acres, with two wings and more than 70% open space advertised for the development. Lodha describes it as the third phase of Richmond County, following two villa phases that the company says are delivered and occupied. The project is marketed as Lodha Belmont, while Lodha Richmond County is the wider neighbourhood.
The details
The project offers two home types: three-bedroom residences in Wing A and three-bedroom homes with a study in Wing B. The latter is also described as a 3.5 BHK configuration, with a plan identified by Lodha as “3 Bed with Study & Lobby.” Reported carpet areas are 1,133 sq ft for the three-bedroom home and 1,361 sq ft for the three-bedroom-with-study home. Lodha’s published starting prices are ₹1.49 crore and ₹1.79 crore respectively, excluding government and possession charges. The developer says each residence includes two car parks.
