Lodha Whitefield: Ultra-Luxury Residential at Bangalore's IT Corridor
Lodha Whitefield is a pre-launch ultra-luxury residential project by Lodha Developers Limited at Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield Main Road, East Bangalore. The project is being tracked under two names — Lodha Whitefield and Lodha Hopefarm — both referring to the same development.
Location and Connectivity
Lodha Hopefarm Whitefield is located at Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield Main Road, East Bangalore, opposite Mahindra Blossom and adjacent to the Alembic City precinct where Google has leased 30 lakh sq.ft. The site sits at East Bangalore's most connected node — on Whitefield Main Road, 120 metres from the operational Hopefarm Channasandra Metro Station on the Purple Line, with ITPL, EPIP Zone, and Brookfield tech clusters all within 5 minutes.
The Outer Ring Road and Old Madras Road provide direct connectivity to Central Bangalore, Hebbal, and the airport corridor. Hopefarm Channasandra is an elevated metro station on the east-west corridor of the Purple Line, which opened in 2023.
Project Specifications
The development features six premium high-rise towers offering spacious 3.5 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK luxury apartments with thoughtfully planned layouts, landscaped open spaces, and world-class amenities. The project is spread across roughly 8–9 acres, with 6 towers planned and 300+ large-format units across 3.5, 4 and 5 BHK configurations starting from about 2,500 sq.ft.
Pricing and Possession
Pre-launch indicative prices start from ₹4.00 Cr (Onwards) for 3.5 BHK apartments up to ₹6.50 Cr (Onwards) for 5 BHK sky villas. Possession for Lodha Whitefield is expected from 2030 Onwards.
Current Status
It is currently in the pre-launch, Expression of Interest (EOI) stage. Lodha Whitefield is an upcoming ultra-luxury development in pre-launch stage; RERA registration is currently pending approval.
