Opening

Lodha has opened the pre-launch of Lodha New Kharadi, a residential development planned in Kharadi, Pune. The project is presented as a 10-acre community with 80% open space, homes starting at ₹2.21 crore and an English countryside-inspired design theme.

The project is planned for a neighbourhood that combines Pune’s eastern employment corridor with access to the airport and proposed Metro expansion. Lodha’s pre-launch information lists apartments and penthouses, with configurations including 3 BHK, 3 BHK with study and 4 BHK homes.

The details

The published home sizes range from 1,200 sq ft for the 3 BHK to 2,300 sq ft for the largest listed 4 BHK. The size figures are presented as areas without a carpet-area or built-up-area label. Prices listed for the main configurations are:

  • 3 BHK, 1,200–1,300 sq ft: ₹2.21 crore
  • 3 BHK + Study, 1,450–1,600 sq ft: ₹2.75 crore
  • 4 BHK, 2,150–2,300 sq ft: ₹3.99 crore

The project is also described as offering 3.5 BHK homes and penthouses. Penthouses are listed with sizes available on request. Pre-launch material cites an expression-of-interest amount of ₹2.7 lakh. The stated starting price across the advertised apartment range is ₹2.21 crore.

Design descriptions point to expansive homes, horizontal layouts and wide, terrace-like decks. Planned shared spaces include a clubhouse, fitness zones, leisure and community areas, and rooftop amenities for sport and recreation. The overall design concept draws on the English countryside. The development is described as low-density, with landscaped open areas forming a substantial part of its 10-acre site.
