Lodha Manyata Tech Park is a residential project in Nagavara Bangalore by the Lodha Group. The development represents the builder's continued expansion into Bangalore's North corridor, following the earlier launch of Lodha Mirabelle within Manyata Business Park.
Lodha Group entered the Bengaluru housing market in 2022 and initially operated through a pilot phase. By 2024–25, Lodha Group's Bengaluru operations had moved beyond this pilot phase and reported around ₹1,400 crore in pre-sales from the city.
