Lodha Makes Ultra-Luxury Entry on Golf Course Extension Road
Lodha Group has structured a joint development agreement with MRG Group on Golf Course Extension Road, positioned in the ultra-luxury segment. The project will span Sectors 63A-67 on Golf Course Extension Road, which stretches roughly 8 to 9 kilometres from Golf Course Road through to Sohna Road.
Entry Into Delhi-NCR's Premium Market
The Lodha Group, founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha, has entered the Gurgaon market. While Lodha enters Delhi NCR, the company will initially concentrate on Gurugram. During an investor call in October 2025, Abhishek Lodha, Managing Director and CEO of Lodha Developers, mentioned that Gurugram is expected to be the starting point for their first projects in the NCR.
Mumbai's Lodha Group has joined hands with local heavyweight MRG Group to develop a luxury residential complex at prime locations in Gurgaon, with a combined revenue potential of ₹3,600 crore.

Location and Market Context
Sectors 63A, 65, 66, and 67 are drawing the strongest interest from HNI, NRI, and senior corporate buyers. DLF, M3M, Elan, Birla Estates, Tata Realty, Mahindra Homes, Adani Realty, and Emaar all have live projects on this stretch. That's a lot of tier-1 names crowded into one road, which says something about how confident developers are in this corridor specifically.
Golf Course Extension Road is an 8.5-kilometre stretch that connects Golf Course Road to Sohna Road. The area has seen significant development in recent years, making it a preferred location for both commercial and residential real estate.
