Lodha Worli Is Now Named Lodha Elise in Worli

Published

The Worli residential development previously presented as LODHA WORLI is now named LODHA ELISE. The change concerns the name alone. The development is the same, it stands at the same location in Worli, Mumbai, and it continues to appear on the same page of this website.

The developer remains Lodha, and the project's MahaRERA registration number, PR1170002502174, is unchanged. The project is listed at the Pre-Launch stage. Readers who want the full overview can visit the project page, LODHA ELISE.

Homes, scale and specifications

LODHA ELISE is planned as two 64-storey towers on a 16-acre land parcel in Worli. The homes are 4 and 5 BHK apartments along with sky duplexes, with carpet areas spanning roughly 3,350 to 7,700 sq ft. A 4 BHK apartment is around 3,500 sq ft of carpet area and a 5 BHK apartment around 5,000 sq ft. Habitable floors begin from the 16th level, and the sky duplexes start from the 50th floor. Only two apartments are planned per floor, and every unit is served by a private elevator.

Prices for both the 4 BHK and 5 BHK configurations start from ₹31.80 crore. The registration with MahaRERA is dated 23 January 2026, and the RERA possession date is 30 June 2033.

Specifications include vitrified tile flooring in the living areas and bedrooms, oil-bound distemper on the walls, private decks and sun decks, floor-to-ceiling heights of 13.20 ft, and treated water supply. Amenities listed for the project include:

  • Gymnasium
  • Indoor games
  • Kids' play area with sand pits
  • Central green and expansive open greens
  • 24x7 security with CCTV surveillance
  • Power backup

The design brief centres on wellbeing, with generous open space and fresher air around the residences. The architecture is by SCDA, a global architecture studio, and the project is supported by an in-house hospitality team for personalised service.

Location and connectivity

The site lies near Worli Village in the Worli Seaface area of south Mumbai. Travel across the city is well served from here. The Bandra-Worli Sea Link, which opened on 30 June 2009, brings Bandra within about seven minutes, and the Coastal Road is roughly a two-minute drive away. Worli is also served by the Aqua Line (Metro Line 3), with Worli station operating on the line.

Nearby daily destinations include Worli Village market, about 1.5 km away, and Breach Candy Hospital, about 2.2 km away. Bombay Scottish School is around 2.8 km away and High Street Phoenix in Bandra is about 6 km away. The Bandra Kurla Complex is roughly 8 km away, and Mumbai International Airport is about 18 km away.

Worli's average residential price stood at ₹65,700 per sq ft in September 2026, according to SquareYards data, which gives a sense of the micro-market in which the project sits.

About the developer

Lodha was founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha. The project's registration names Lodha Developers Limited as the developer, and the group has built a substantial residential footprint in Mumbai over four decades.

What comes next

The developer's stated possession timeline is June 2033, matching the RERA possession date of 30 June 2033. Infrastructure work around the site is also moving forward. The Sewri-Worli Elevated Corridor is expected to open in early 2027, and the Worli Naka junction, where Metro 3, the Coastal Road and the Sewri-Worli connector converge within about two kilometres, is expected to be completed in 2027.

For buyers, the name change means that LODHA WORLI and LODHA ELISE refer to the same development. Information on the project, including its configurations, specifications and registration, is now consolidated under the LODHA ELISE name on the project page.
