Lodha Beaumont Estate is the name under which Lodha develops its residential estate at Sadahalli, off NH-44 (Bellary Road) in North Bengaluru. Buyers also know it as Lodha Sadahalli. Its first phase, Lodha Fiorana at Beaumont Estate, is registered with Karnataka RERA under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/200726/008829, with a completion date of 31 March 2032.
The masterplan covers about 70 acres and was designed by Hafeez Contractor. Roughly 85 percent of the site is kept as open green space. Homes are 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK residences with built-up areas from about 2,385 to 4,060 sq ft, and the grand clubhouse spans about two acres.
Lodha's presence in Bengaluru is recent. Lodha Mirabelle near Manyata Tech Park was the city's first project, and Lodha Azur on Bannerghatta Road followed, set beside the 120-acre Hulimavu Lake. Other named Bengaluru projects include Lodha Elanza on Bannerghatta Road and Lodha Haven on Hosa Road, off Sarjapur Road.
Sources differ on the start date. One places the entry in 2023, while another notes a pilot phase from 2022 and reports around ₹1,400 crore in Bengaluru pre-sales for 2024-25. The group itself is Mumbai-headquartered, was founded in 1980 by Mangal Prabhat Lodha, and has developed in Mumbai, Thane, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru and London.
The estate's location is its main structural argument. Kempegowda International Airport is about 10 minutes away by road, and Hebbal and Yelahanka sit within easy reach. The KIADB Aerospace Park and the Prestige Tech Cloud campus are close by, which places the estate within reach of the airport-side employment cluster.
Road works are reshaping access. The NHAI is building a six-lane, 750-metre underpass at Sadahalli Junction on Ballari Road, at a cost of ₹35 crore, to remove the last signal on the highway's main carriageway. Completion is expected by mid-2027. The Satellite Town Ring Road and the Peripheral Ring Road add east-west and outer connections. The Namma Metro Blue Line extension to the airport is still to come, and Lodha's own listing places the upcoming Doddajala metro station about five minutes from the estate.
Schools and hospitals in the locality are mostly within a short drive. Millennium and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam schools lie within about 4 km, and Trust Aid and NRV hospitals are under 4 km away. Stonehill International School is within a 15-minute radius, and Forum Mall is listed as upcoming nearby. Shopping complexes such as Tynimo are under 10 km.
One portal gives ₹3.25 crore for a 3 BHK of 2,385 sq ft, with 3.5 BHK and 4 BHK pricing available on request. Booking is through an expression of interest, with 10 percent payable on allotment according to one listing.
The Lodha Sadahalli plan is built around large homes, wide open space and a long build horizon. Its 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK layouts suit families and buyers who want space over density, and its 2032 completion date sets the timeline for buyers planning a move-in in the early 2030s.
